Early humans used clay plates, clay tablets to preserve written content. Dejana now uses them to communicate non-verbal symbolism, depicting flowing water, soil erosion, solidification of structures, and the maturing of the Earth’s skin shaped by natural forces.
These sculptures, accordingly, represent the passage of time.
